Production Capabilities
Dedication to award-winning, high-quality tag and label printing begins with upper management. At Advanced Labels NW, our owner began his career as a press operator and still maintains an active role in our pressroom to this day. His dedication to quality and service for our clients has become the benchmark by which all of our staff views their responsibilities and our state-of-the-art presses and equipment speak of this as well. Our flexographic label printing presses can produce labels up to 10 colors with a maximum width of 12.5”. With in line embossing, hot or cold foil labels, as well as a variety of specialty varnish and lamination options and our HP Indigo capabilities, you can be assured we have a label solution that will meet your packaging needs.
Printing Tolerances
- Four color process printing at 175 lpi to 200 lpi screening
- 2 point minimum type size
- less than 1% minimum dot in screens
- .5 pt standard trap (spot color) .25 pt trap (process color)
Inks and Foiling
- Water-based, UV, metallic and fluorescent inks
- Up to 10 printed colors
- Special match colors available
- PMS Color Standards
- Flexoboss varnish simulated/textured embossing
- Super opaque whites and dense spot blacks
